Guest guest
I hope you will send this to the Armadillo Willy’s people(see Sue’s previous post). The more they hear that people are going to a restaurant that has a GF menu instead of their place, the more incentive they will have to accommodate celiacs. Just a few days ago I was thinking of going to Willys and looked through their site and googled them + gluten but couldn't find anything - so we went to PF Changs. I so hope they'll at least be able to provide us a list of safe foods. And if they can go beyond that I will be a regular customer :-). I love their fries - I hope someday they'll fry them in thier own oil (I'd need to up my workouts to make up for the fries though!). I saw they have other fried things on the menu so I just assumed the fries are off limits. Jean
Guest guest
Hi, Armadillo Willy's is a small texas-bbq chain in the southbay. I've eaten there a couple of times recently. I have no idea how sensitive to gluten I am, but on the phone they told me that the dry rub they use is gluten-free, and I was able to eat the ribs without sauce with no noticable reaction in myself or daughter (the better gluten-meter) When I googled, it sounded like the pulled pork is also safe, but not the sauce.
