SillyYaks/ / http://surefoodsliving.com/ The SF-based Sure Foods Market site has been changed to Sure Foods Living, dedicated to helping people who are living with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, and/or other food allergies or intolerances. And the former BayAreaCeliac.org web site has been changed to www.CeliacSF.org , a new catch-all resource for Celiacs in the San Francisco Bay Area. Over the next few weeks, the new owners (located on the peninsula) will be adding a lot of content as well as links to existing resources. There is also a forum ( forum.celiacSF.org) available for celiacs to share information and engage in discussion. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Request from Sonoma: SEEKING GF/ ALLERGY SAVVY CATERER I am looking for a caterer or private chef for a small wedding (30-50 people) in Berkeley who could prepare food for people with severe food allergies, including peanut allergy and gluten intolerance. I need to be sure it's a completely nut-free safe preparation and that the person is savvy with respect to cross contamination issues, etc. I have many other events that come up during the year, so if I could get lined up with someone, that would be super. I live in Sonoma County and can be reached at angela@... or 707-887-8818. Thank you!
