I had similar experiences with the restaurants at all of the Disney-owned hotels at Disneyland last winter - informed the reservation hotline of my GF requirements and they just knew what to do when I arrived at each restaurant & they went to go get the head chef for me. It was so good (and the parks were so fun) that we are going back again for this winter break!
