I use dairy products on a normal basis - cheese, butter and Kefir, so I don't think its the dairy. Also, I consistently eat corn (Love mexican food!). Also, yesterday I tried the dairy/yeast free 's mix and I didn't have any problems. I really think its the yeast for me... Thanks! Guest guest
Regarding the Excedrin: I didn’t find any info on their website or on any other general searches or in my product list, so I recommend calling the manufacturer. This is the contact info from the website: Novartis Consumer Health, Inc. 445 State Street Fremont, MI 49413 Attn: Consumer Affairs Phone: 1-800-468-7746 If that doesn’t work, there is probably a number on the bottle you can call. Regarding the breadmix, some people find using organic eggs helps avoid reactions. Did you cook it in a GF pan and avoid other sources of contamination? Yeast probs? I live in Walnut Creek and I'm looking for a (preferrably local) doctor or internist or nutritionist who speaks Celiac! Any suggestions? Also, -Does anyone know if Excedrin Tension Headache is GF? Lastly: I recently tried the standard Breads by breadmix. The taste and texture are amazing! It was like eating " real " bread, I would highly recommend! Here's the problem: after I ate it, I had some of my old symptoms - I'm certain its due to either the EGGS or YEAST required in making it. Does anyone else out there have problems with either that trigger Celiac-like problems? Thanks!
