Hi,

Someone a while back sent an e-mail reagrding trying TMG and Melatonin as a

sleep remedy. I saved it and as usual cannot find it now I need it. I

wonder if that person is still part of this list would mind let me know what

dosage is good for a 2.5 year old and a 4.5 year old.

My friend has two autistic child who never sleep. They are constantly on the

go all day and night. They have been giving Melatonin on its own without any

success at all. The paedricians are not really much help because they just

suggest Melatonin and getting through this but the 4.5 year old has been like

it for years now!!

My friend has now become quite ill with a virus which is leaving her totally

and utterly worn out. Her husband is on the road to getting completely

knackered too.

Has anyone got any ideas at all what might help. It would be greatly

appreciated.

I have just bought some TMG with Folica and B12 for my little autistic angel.

It says 3-6 capsules a day but that seems rather a lot to be for a 4 year

old. I have also brought some Super Nu Thera power to try, how much of that

should I be giving.

I have bought these items as Mikey has become very aggressive and upset

recently. He is currently on Clondine (25mcg a night) which does have an

effect but I don't want him on this long term. Will these help control his

behaviour? I also have HN Zyme Prime, Pepitzyde and No Fenol in my cupboard.

Any ideas of what is best again would be greatly received.

Best wishes

Michele
