Everyone has their own comfort level for gluten ingestion of course, but I have looked at their web site and noticed that the product was tested with an assay that has a detection limit of 10ppm as opposed to 3.5ppm that the ELISA assay has. I believe I heard it said that 10ppm is tolerable in general so it's probably fine, but wanted to post this information anyway. Of course you might be speaking about a different product altogether!
