I believe there was a topic on North Bay restaurants with GF meals.

Well, my wife and I celebrated an anniversary at Syrah Bistro in Santa

a couple weeks ago.

We called before going, and it turned out that Chef Josh Silvers's

mother has CS, and he was well-aware of the requirements So, when we

went, we chose the tasting menu and said that we needed it to be GF.

From an extraordinary " salad " to unique turns on pork belly and duck

to three different deserts, it was wonderful and totally GF.
