Guest guest
I think Beer Can Chicken made with conventional beer would be unsafe. My opinion, but I can't see how it could be okay for you. You could make it using GF beer. RedBridge, or Bard's Tale or Old Grist, for example. They come in bottles, but you could put them in a clean can. H. Guest guest
We have a verical chicken roaster that simulates proping a chicken up on a beer can. But this one is much more stable and you can take it apart and put it in the dishwasher. We sometimes pour Redbridge and spices into the pot under the chicken, and the result is really tasty. We also cooked a small turkey the same way. This is a celiac's answer to beer can chicken, and it works quite well. Vic
