Yelp for celiacs

I was contacted my a Yelp employee who is trying to get the

site to be more friendly for celiacs. Perhaps if we all lobby from our

endo too?

This is from his email:

Sure. The place to send email is feedback@...;

you can give ideas about exactly you'd like the " dietary

restrictions " feature to work, or just express how wonderful you think it

would be if Yelp had one. :)

By the way, I've passed the idea along to the product people, and they seem to

like it, but feedback from users would certainly help move things along, and

ultimately result in the feature being more useful for the people who want to

use it. :)

I have sent them feedback before and got a response that they were taking such things under consideration. I think a gluten-free option in the cuisine categories would be a good start.-Joe
