Christy,

We will be at the Salt Palace Convention

Center (100 SW Temple)

and staying within walking distance of that. Any favorite restaurants close

by? Thanks so much!

Salt Lake/Provo/Orem is reasonably celiac friendly.

What area will you be in? Downtown

Salt Lake

has a PF Changs and

numerous other chain restaurants. Just wander & ask - I lived in the

area for nearly five years and never went hungry. Most places are

actually pretty knowledgeable about Gluten around there.

Oh, there are some GREAT mexican chains there that I miss dearly!

Cafe Rio, Bajio Grill and Costa Vida. Costa

Vida has their GF info

posted on their website, but at Cafe Rio just stick with corn

Tortillas and stay away from the pork.

Hope this is at least a little helpful.
