Guest guest
Are Gluten Free Oats really Gluten Free? This is from the website of glutenfreeoats.com: Gluten Free Oats® can be considered SAFE for people who are gluten intolerant because they are tested to be below 10 parts per million (ppm) by the University of Nebraska FARRP Laboratory I am very sensitive to oats even more then wheat. It looks like they still contain gluten. Just because the law says they have to have less then 20 ppm does not mean that they are really gluten free. I think in order to be gluten free they need to have no gluten in them. I would use caution when eating even gluten free oats because even a small amount could be causing damage to the vili. Even if you do not feel the effects it could be happening. Mark
