Just wanted to let you all know that I found GF Brownie Mix at the TJ's on Masonic here in the city (on the "New Products" shelf near the fruit/veggies). I haven't tried it yet but thought you'd all like to know they are carrying it. It's pretty cheap too ($2.99 a box, I think). I just finished preparing cornbread crabcakes for din tonight...I hope they come out all right! I found a great recipe in Cooking Light and used WF cornbread mix...
