Kapcakes looks good -- although now I think I'm going to hold off splurging the $$ until I turn 40 next year. So now I'm looking for a good vanilla frosting recipe that is both gf and dairy free. Frosting is like my favorite thing in the world. Anyone have a tested mixture to offer? I was thinking that a recipe with butter could be swapped out for palm oil -- has anyone tried that?
