Guest guest
The only frozen GF items at my 'neighborhood' TG, 8th & Brannon in SF, are waffles. I've never seen frozen cookie mix or cakes. Guest guest
I bought the last black forest torte last Sat night at the Los Altos TJ. Hopefully there is more now. I saw the GF peanut butter cookie dough, GF pancakes (my favorites!), GF banana waffles (good), and GF toaster waffles (too dry for me but ok w/ pb & j). I didn't know TJ's had a GF tirimasu - will have to look for it next time. I also picked up another bag of the GF ginger snaps (not frozen) and there were plenty on the shelf. Haven't seen as much of a GF selection at the Sunnyvale TJ's.
Guest guest
The only frozen dessert I found at the El Cerrito TJ's yesterday is the peanut butter cookie dough. They did have some kind of Tiramisu ice cream. I have also seen some kind of black forest cake there in the past, but not this time. They almost always have the waffles, pancakes, and other usual items like the granola. Guest guest
I found a GF ice cream called Luna & Larry’s Coconut Bliss at Whole Foods. It is really good! Guest guest
In SF, Masonic and Geary I found GF Black Forest Torte, GF Tiramisu, and GF peanut butter cookie dough in the frozen section. Fabulous!!!! Guest guest
The one in San always has the black forest cake, but I've never seen the carrot cake or tiramisu. That's a big bummer - I tried the black forest when it first came out and I really don't like it. I'm dying for tiramisu - that was my very favorite dessert before going GF! I did find TJ's GF brownie mix today. Only about $3.50 or so. Guest guest
My local store, Brentwood, told me a few weeks ago that the tiramasu had been doscontinued but that there were no plans to stop selling the black forest cake. They just started carrying the forzen peanut butter cookies at ours and they are really good. Keri > > I bought the last black forest torte last Sat night at the Los Altos > TJ. Guest guest
Brownie mix? I didn't even know they made one. I'm going to have to look for it.
