I know this is too late, but for future reference... If this is part of the chain, then they have an "allergy book" with a gluten-free section in it. I went to the one in Anaheim because I'd heard they have a GF menu. The hostess knew nothing about it. The waiter knew nothing about it, although he got some serious exercise running back and forth to the kitchen to ask questions. Finally I asked if he had a book and he brought it to the table - I flipped through and found the Gf section. So check it out if you go back.
