This article was in the Fall 2007 issue (volume 17-4) of the

Celiac Disease Foundation newsletter. I didn’t see it on their

website, so I’m not sure if there is any way to get it other than the

actual newsletter.

If not, what's the best way to get a copy? I'm in San Francisco so attending a
