Yes, it is. She just got over her period so I know it wasn't that. That is

when they hit me. PMS I hate it!!!!!!

My daughter, Riley, had developed terrible migraines. I took her to

a neurologist and the severity and frequency warranted trying

prophylactic treatment. The headaches did not seem to be associated

with IVIG as she had headaches way before IVIG ever started and she

had them all throughout a month regardless of nearness to IVIG

infusion. They were also very concerned about the amount of Advil

she was taking. Fortunately, she has done VERY well on periactin

(which is an old antihistamine that is now used as a migraine

preventive). They had also given her Esgic for breakthrough

migraines (which she has really only had a few of compared to before

the Periactin). Anyway, the Esgic made her really, really nasty,

and I won't give that to her anymore. We actually go back tomorrow

to the neurologist and I'm going to ask they give her a different

med for breakthrough migraines.

Have you tried given Britt Benadryl for the migraines?

HTH,

Sandy

My son did, fortunately a few adjustments from a chiropractor and he hasn't

had one in a long time. I don't know if you would or have tried this but it

really helped us.
