When I was in Thailand most of the fish sauce did NOT have wheat in it

- same in Vietnam...... and not all hoisin sauce has it either. I

found lots of good food to eat there - lovely rice noodles.....Why not

ask for advice in an " American " Thai restaurant before you go - as they

will no doubt speak reasonable English and offer some recommendations.

When I was in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam at the beginning of the

year, I felt better than I had for the past three years! So try not to

worry, just ask, and have a wonderful time!
