Trader Joe's GF Brownie Mix

We picked up a package of Trader Joe's GF brownie mix. It is easy to

use and produces decent brownies, which are good but not as good as my

wife's killer brownies from scratech.

If you don't bake from scratch, ths mix is going to give you a nice

fudgie brownie.

Check it out if you like brownies, and make sure you add the extra

chocolate chips as the package suggests. In this particular case, the

chocolate chips were chopped up Trader Joes Chocolate Mint UFOs.

By the way, the mix is really over-packaged. Save the outer package for

a lunch bag.
