Edna's Cookies @ Kaiser Santa Clara farmer's market until 2pm today

I just bought some GF cookies for my wife from Posey of Edna's

Cookies at the farmer's market at Kaiser Santa Clara. These were a

peanut-chocolate chip cookie, macaroon, chocolate macaroon, cherry

macaroon, and GF/vegan/dairy-free chocolate brownie. My wife already

tasted the macaroon and pronounced it excellent. (It's too early in

the day to indulge in the rest.)

said that they thoroughly clean their equipment and make the GF

cookies the first thing in the morning, so there is no residual wheat

flour on the equipment or in the air from the other cookies they make.

He even used separate tongs to place the GF cookies in the bag at the

market. Very thoughtful!

I just looked at their Web site (www.ednasuccess.com), and Edna's

products are at Draeger's and Andronico's and at the following farmers

markets:

Thursdays - Santa Clara Kaiser Hospital 10am-2pm

Saturdays - Saratoga 9am-1pm

Sundays - Mountain View 9am-1pm

Sundays - Belmont 9am-1pm
