On the Casien issue. Casien is present in raw milk. When milk is

processed it does affect the protein, changing is slightly. Some

people with casien intolerance have claimed that they do not react to

raw milk. However, no studies have been done on this, and the protein

is present. I would suggest removing those items from your diet for a

time and seeing if your symptoms go away.
