Great, new (at least to CA) GF baked goods brand

I recently discovered that I'm gluten-sensitive and a friend of mine in

Chicago took pity on me (What?! No bread?!) sent me several packs of a

GF brand that she found while shopping at a natural foods store there.

REALLY good! I had the pizza crust, brownies and cookies. The best GF

that I've had so far. Their choc chip cookies are especially yummy,

even the batter. The company's called Tastefully Gluten Free and their

site is www.tastefullyglutenfree.com.

I talked with the people at Rainbow about carrying the line and they

said they would consider it. It's expensive to keep ordering directly

from the company! It's small and family-owned (one person is celiac),

so they evidently don't have a distributor in CA but said that they

could possibly try to work a deal with Rainbow. Please give them a try

and if you like them, ask Rainbow to carry them. I haven't been all

that thrilled with thier selection.
