Hi, Anyone have any good recs for GF dining on both the Big Island/Kona side and Kauai? Many thanks in advance, jeansomlo <jina68@...> wrote: I've been able to eat safely at Sonoma Chicken Coop in downtown San - I spoke with one of the servers who checked the ingredients for the Lime Grilled Chicken and the only thing that had gluten in it was the gravy - so I ordered it w/o gravy and no bread on the side - I have had it twice w/o any reaction. It comes with grilled

vegetables, rice and mashed potatos (with leeks in it I think) - my husband and I usually order another side of grilled vegetables and share it all, as it's a lot of food. Many of their dishes are gluten-based (pizzas, pastas, etc.) but I was happy to be able to order my favorite item safely. I've also been to the PF Changs downtown.

Hi all, Thank you for those of you who have provided information re: gluten-free options on Kaua'i. We actually don't have a celiac contact on Kaua'i, and I don't know much about restaurants or natural food stores on the island. If you do happen to find additional celiac-friendly places to eat while on Kaua'i, I'd love to hear about them. Thanks in advance!

Take care, and have good trips, NalaniOn Sun, Mar 30, 2008 at 12:28 PM, <lmurphyfoster@...> wrote:
