Guest guest
A big thank you to everyone that replied to my request for info on Dr. Gray!! I appreciate all your honest feedback on your experiences, both good and bad, and it really helps me in my decision making. Mu original post is below... Hi all, I have a question and was hoping someone might be able to help. After I was diagnosed with CD by my doctor, she recommended I could visit the Stanford Celiac Clinic to get more info, follow-ups, etc. She spoke very highly of Gail Pyle, but didn't say much about Gray. So I called and made an appt this week and it turns out Gail Pyle is in fact no longer there, so my appt is with Gray. Well when my regular doctor found out I would be seeing him, she said maybe it's not worth it and I might just be able to get what I need from the dietician. My question is, has anyone out there seen Dr. Gray recently and if so have you had a positive experience? Do you find him knowledgeable about the lifestyle aspects of CD, like diet, cross contamination ,etc or would you say his speciality is more the diagnostic/clinical side of CD? I was hoping to see him to just get some follow up questions answered and to get a second opinion b/c my doctor was on the fence it seems when diagnosing me (no blunted villi, but inflammation and the bloodwork tested positive). > Thanks in advance all!! > > -Kate >
