Guest guest
Yes they do have some DF and SF options. I eat the chocolate chip cookie, biscotti, coconut lemon bars, morning muffin… but you should ask or you can call ahead for info on each ingredient. Guest guest
they have some dairy free options (like muffins, yay!) but their lactose-free pizza is *not* dairy free... there's casein in the rice cheese. On Nov 19, 2007, at 2:20 AM, Lillyth Denaghy Keogh-Quillan wrote:Where is the Mariposa Café again? Guest guest
Oh, sorry, I should have asked – what about soy? Do they use soy? (And where is it again)? Guest guest
Thank you much – sorry for the double questions, I didn’t see this prior to my last email about soy & location… From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Connie Hampton Sent: Monday, November 19, 2007 8:45 AM Subject: [ ] Re: Mariposa Cafe > > Where is the Mariposa Café again? > > > > And is their stuff soy free & dairy free? They put out a free-standing sign when they are open. Not all of their stuff is dairy free, but enough is that it is worth going in and supporting them - you can get almond or rice milk in your coffee. I'm pretty sure that the baked goods are soy free, but frankly I have not asked. I will. Connie
