Guest guest
Is there any plan underfoot to lobby SF Supervisors to pass a law that restaurants need to post gluten content (or at least have the information ready for any customer who asks)? If not, I will be writing to my supervisor; I can post that letter to this listserv so others can use it to write their supervisor if they wish. Considering the Board of Supervisors is pushing for restaurants to post nutritional information, it seems they might consider this request, as well.
