The waitress there has a friend with celiac, so already understood some. She asked website re: celiac and took the name of the Bragg's Liquid Aminos for gluten-free soy type sauce. She informed all the other wait staff and the cook, who also knew about precautions. The food was fantastic. The ambiance elegant. It is located in a quaint part of Old Town Santa , near the old train depot.
