I've heard the same thing but have yet to try it. My understanding was they would make you special dishes, not sure if they have GF foods on the standard menu or not. If you find anything out let me know. I haven't had Chinese food in years! hi Deb,

When I have a craving for Chinese, I always go to PF Chang's cause they have a gluten free menu.

Btw, Cheesecake Factory is coming out with a GF menu shortly and they have spring rolls that might be safe, always best to check.

cheers,

We go there all the time. is the owner and she is almost

always there. Just tell her Pam and Ken sent you and you need to have food

prepared the same way as we do; she will know what to do. Almost anything on

the menu can be made GF. We love the sizzling rice soup, broccoli beef, black

bean chicken, mu shu pork (sans pancakes), mixed vegetables, BBQ ribs, but

there are lots of other choices. You can bring your own GF soy sauce and add

it in if you want, but we never bother any more, as we enjoy the food as it is prepared.

Just a reminder, we don’t experience any reactions from the

food, but you should ask questions to make sure everything meets your needs.

Enjoy!

Pam
