I also noticed that Butterfingers are on the list. Considering that

they have confectioners corn flakes I always thought they were on the

BAD list. So I just did some research and found this:

Confectioners

corn flakes

Available

in coarse, medium and fine granulations. These very thin and light corn

flakes are milled from yellow corn grits with no additives. Used to

give a light, flaky texture, as in "Japanese-type" breading.
