Try "I Can Eat That" bread, which Real Foods (and other places) carries as a frozen loaf of dough.

I know that the Real Foods on Fillmore stocks I Can Eat That bread dough and pizza dough. I don't know about other locations. I believe some stores other than Real Foods stock this dough. It's a small, local operation, created by a family in order to deal with their own CD needs.

They have a website, and they're very responsive, considerate people. I'd suggest you get in touch with them to find the nearest locations and their range of products. They have several types of bread dough.

The idea of having freshly raised, freshly baked bread is very appealing, isn't it?
