Hi everyone,

I'm new here. Sorry it's taken me a week or two to introduce myself.

I signed up to get information on the celiac diet, and hopefully on

restaurants and stores that are in the Bay Area. I'm in Livermore.

My doctor thinks there is a possibility I could have celiac disease,

but it isn't completely clear yet. We did a blood test for it, but

that has come out negative. I seem to notice some problems when I eat

wheat (or at least a lot of it) but from what I have read so far, I am

not sure that my symptoms fit the celiac diagnosis. So I'm not sure

what's going on yet!

I also have other problems going on with other dietary restrictions.

It seems that dairy is a problem, and I have to avoid quite a number

of other foods (citrus, vinegar, tomatoes, chocolate - the list goes

on). I have gastroparesis, and have to eat pureed, low-fiber, and

low-fat food to fit with that diagnosis. Do any of you deal with

multiple diagnoses? If so, how do you get it all to fit together?

I'm having a tough time getting it all to fit together in terms of diet.
