FYI, it's Azna, not Anza, and here's their website: http://www.aznaglutenfree.com/. The mini cinn rolls which come 18 in a box are indeed vegan as well as GF. I'm not celiac either (my daughter is), but I think their mini cinn rolls are quite good. Wish we were closer to their store too!

Anza’s store is just off of Highway 50 at Cameron Park Drive, about 35 miles east of downtown Sacramento. Make a left and go north on Cameron Park Drive to Green Valley, about 4-5 miles. The store is in the southeast corner of the shopping center. Look hard, it is kind of tucked into the corner. Great stop for anyone on the way to South Lake Tahoe; it’s about 10 minutes off the freeway.

Funny thing is that Anza started out as a vegan/GF store, but the market for GF products took over almost immediately. FYI, Anza’s doesn’t use honey for the frosting (too hard for the bees), instead they use cactus guava (I guess it’s a vegan thing). They have everything that you can get at WF and Raley’s plus a bit lot more. Also, there are different things that they are working on to bring to a larger market.

I’m not a celiac like my daughter, but we all love Anza’s food, especially the waffles, there are about 10 varieties, and you can buy them frozen. Living in El Dorado Hills, we are lucky to only be about five miles from the store.

…Rick.
