I just returned from Disneyland and they do a really good job of providing options for celiacs there. They even have a gluten free rice pizza at the pizza shop - while I didn't think it was great, kids would probably love it. If you go, eat breakfast at Storytellers cafe, tell the server you want the buffet, so you can get an custom omelet but they will make you GF pancakes. The GF waffles are too dry and sharp, I cut the inside of my cheek on them.

Haven't been to Great America since my diagnosis.

ohhh good question, with summer coming up! Do they have a website? I haven't been up there forever,

but since my newly diagnosed 11 yr. old will want to be, I hope someone knows about this...
