I have used VSL#3 when I'm really sick and I've seen good results. When I'm not on that, I take Jarrow entero coated capsules. I try to take the capsules with every meal, because I'm not sure if it works well unless the probiotics are in the gut at the same time there is gluten exposure. In terms of what I've read and my experience, I think people should not rely on cultured food and take supplements that have very high amounts of strains, and also a variety of strains.
