This is so exciting! I'll have to go check it out. I had fresh

buckwheat crepes once at a restaurant- in Japan, if you'll believe it!

Like this place, they did their savory crepes w/ 100% buckwheat flour,

and their sweet crepes with regular flour. The crepes were delicious!

I do make them at home sometimes, but the idea of having them in a

restaurant is really exciting. :)
