I eat there once in a while. In addition to protein style, I have learned that you can ask for it "special" or something like that. Basically, let them know you have a severe wheat allergy (I know it's not "allergy", but it's just easier to explain it that way!) and they will cook it on a seperate grill (I think), change their gloves, and generally take more care with your order. At the location on El Camino in Sunnyvale, one of the managers has an aunt with celiac disease, so he knew exactly what to do.
