This is excellent news! I walk by there all the time.On Jul 9, 2008, at 1:48 PM, sspitzer5 wrote:I just ate at Filippo's (a cute little pasta place in Rockridge) the other night and was surprised to see that you can substitute their regular pasta with gluten free rice pasta. Has anyone else eaten there? They seemed fairly knowledgeable, but I'm not positive that they understand all the cross contamination issues. Nonetheless, I'm excited to be able to have pasta. I haven't had any reaction so far. I'd be curious what others have experienced there. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^me: Stiavettimail: steph@...eats: http://www.wasabimon.com

I have wondered too about cross contamination. If the cook it in the same water, then it doesn't matter that the pasta is GF. Love to hear if anyone tries to eat there. Sent from my iPhoneOn Jul 9, 2008, at 5:48 PM, " J. Stiavetti" <steph@...> wrote:

I can't imagine that they would cook it in the same water, but I've been baffled by people's sheer incompetence in the past. ;) On Jul 9, 2008, at 8:53 PM, Ahroon Yoch wrote:I have wondered too about cross contamination.
