Hi Jill--

We eat Kettle Korn, roasted/sugar coated nuts, and the rice/black bean/chicken

bowl from the Jamaican place out by center field. Sorry--I can't remember the

name of the food stand, but it's delicious. And wash it all down with a

margarita . . .

Have fun!

Hi all

I am going to 2 Giant's games this weekend, and am wondering if anyone

has eaten anything there without getting sick. Anyone tried a hot dog

without the bun? What other options do I have?

Thanks

Jill

Hi Jill,

I enjoyed a Let's Be hot dog a couple of years ago, after the owner had replied to an email that the beef hot dogs were gluten free.

They are also grass-fed and local and have no nitrates or fillers. Here is the link in case you are interested!

I rarely eat beef but there is just something about baseball and hot dogs. Of course, you have to specify no bun, and the grilled onions --I can't recall if they are grilled along with the buns so I may have had my dog 'naked.' But it was delicious and such a treat, after not having had a hot dog in years!

Let's Be sells their dogs only at one outdoor umbrella stand, next to the Acme Chop House--at least as of a couple of years ago...I don't believe they sell inside the park at the concessions. I enjoyed it with a glass of red wine from the outdoor wine bar that Acme hosts, right near the hot dog stand. Ate outside in the sunshine before the game...pretty primitive without a fork, but really not a bad way to start an afternoon of Giants baseball.

Good luck and enjoy the games!
