Free GFCF food to 'first responder' - moving to Maui

Hi -

I am moving to Maui in about 3 weeks - am prepping for a big garage

sale, after selling my place - have about 2 dozen GFCF mixes -

ranging from corn muffins to pancakes to pizza crust - most came out

of freezer -altho all are 'outdated' on packages, all are still safe

and ready to use, as far as I am concerned -

Also for free : unopened GFCF pizza sauce in cans, ketchup,

dressings, etc...

....too expensive for me to ship, and I don't want to ship food

anyway -

plus, I have some unopened supplements I never used, nor opened -

bought when I was fighting off an infection:

3 boxes/bottles of " Zyflamend " - expiration date 5-31-08, but I think

they're fine to use still -

.....ALL must be taken by same person....
