Gluten-free Dream Cafe (a dream deferred)

I just wanted to give a quick update on this (and apology)

and explain what’s going on.  I really want to continue the conversation

I started about the Gluten-free Dream Café, but life has temporarily

intervened.  I have a lot going on right now with family matters, and this week

we had to evacuate our home because of the Fire (we live on Ice Cream

Grade, about ½ mile from where the fire started).  Fortunately we are all OK

and there is no damage to our home.  However, even though we were able to get

back home, we are only here long enough to pack up and leave on a previously

planned vacation. 

Where all this is leading is that I won’t be able to respond

to all the great responses to my “Gluten-free Dream Café” idea for

at least a week or two.  What I do plan to do is to put together a review of

the ideas with a few of my own with the thought of gathering more ideas and

information to explore the notion that this could be a reality.  I hope you

will all forgive the time lapse and willingly resume the conversation in a

couple of weeks.

Right now, we are heading out and I probably won’t

have internet access for a while, but I promise to read all replies when I

return.
