I just called the one in Santa Clara (at Valley Fair) and they had no idea what I was talking about re: gluten free menu. The person who answered the phone () did check with the manager and when I called back he gave me this info for gluten free dining options: 1. any salad minus the dressing and obvious gluten stuff like croutons (request oil and vinegar) 2. stuffed chicken tortillas (ask for regular grilled chicken and corn tortillas) 3. godiva cheesecake (manufactured in a factory where there is gluten) 4. pistaciao cheesecake (manufactured in a factory where there is gluten) I am anxiously awaiting BJ's brewhouse's gluten free menu. I really miss going there and am hoping I can enjoy some of their salads again. I emailed with their guest relations coordinator who said they're working on it and hope it will be out soon -and she's forwarding each request to thier executive chefs so they can look at the current menu and have info on what contains gluten for folks who come in prior to the menu being published. (i'd prefer to wait for the menu as I'm assuming that will include properly training the kitchen and wait staff). So I'm not sure about trying the Cheesecake factory until they have something more official. Jean > > Actually Cheeseake Factory has a new Gluten Free menu, I've had good luck there. Just tell them about the allergy and ask to talk to the manager.
