Guest guest Posted July 6, 2008 Report Share Posted July 6, 2008 I have recently gone Gluten Free (Jan 2008) and the results have been great. Almost all symptoms are gone (GI) and my energy level is improving. I have been very careful but have been gluten’d a few times eating out. I have not had a biopsy or blood work done yet, I went gluten free on my own based on a prior suggestion from my doc. How long do I have to eat gluten before I can test either by blood or biopsy. I would like to have the positive test before I live the rest of my life without gluten. Any suggestions.. I have been putting of testing for 4 months because with 2 kids and husband it is hard to think I will be that sick for so many days. Is there anyway to confirm I have it without eating gluten?
