My favorite pizza (prepared) so far is the Brazilian Cheese bread company. OMG!! my son and I were drooling as it was cooking. We're trying their crust tonight. They have little cheese rolls that are soooo soft and good. They are at www.braziliancheesebreadco.com

Hope this helps! I haven't found a mix I love, and have found the

prepared crusts just ok, although i did very much enjoy Mariposa's, so

my favorite is usually homemade from scratch.

We had those crusts and rolls at the recent gluten-free cooking spree,

and I absolutely agree that they were very, very good. If you get a

chance and don't mind the price, definitely try the Brazillian company

stuff at least once. I don't think the Brazillian company has any

dairy free options, although I could be wrong... Unfortunately I can't

get them in Mountain View and $12 for the roll pack at Harvest House

was too much for me. I find it less expensive to buy the dry Chebe

brand mix online in bulk and make it myself. But, I do think they are

really yummy. And, if anyone has not tried Chebe or similar Brazillian

style cheese bread made of tapioca starch, but are looking for a GF

pizza crust- you should definitely try one! I like Chebe best used for

knish type dough, and can make Chebe All-Purpose dairy-free, although

they hold together slightly better with actual dairy.

There is reduced shipping on 3 cases, and if you buy 4 cases or more,

you get free shipping. If you want to try them, Country Sun in

California Avenue, Palo Alto carries the Chebe brand dry mix.
