Guest guest
I've always thought that Quinoa tastes burned, in any form. I really don't like it. Guest guest
Dear , Only use the amount of liquid in your recipe and add the lemon juice; after soaking continue with the recipe. Bee

Rejuvelac is made from living sprouted grain. Do not boil it! You just killed it.
Guest guest
Tove, Just raw quinoa and nothing else. As Elaine mentioned, overheating will kill the lactobacteria. That's the problem I've had with making homemade yogurt- even when using just a light bulb. The almost rejuvelac looked wonderful this morning, like water bubbles in an aquarium. Very happy. It looks like it's making well, but there is still the quality and longevity to find out about. I can't have other grains like wheat, rye, millet. If I could, I'd use the grain that I ate most often as feeding lactobacteria in the gut is more important than introducing new. Guest guest
- I am cool with the corn pasta. Slightly on the nasty side if you over cook it. But that wasn't it. I think I got the wheat free version that is not GF.And I already recycled the box so I can't tell which one I bought. But thanksMelita
Guest guest
Quinoa is wonderful. I have received some great quinoa recipes from friends - my favourite is jalapeno quinoa, and I have posted it to my blog. Donna in London
Guest guest
Matt, Get it at a health food store...and it swells up like rice and can be eaten many ways. Even in home made bread. Goes along way! Geri

Guest guest
I like mine with vinaigrette dressing, cold, with diced red and yellow bell peppers, onions and sometimes I add chopped fresh oranges. > > Quinoa is wonderful. Guest guest
Thanks Donna, I looked at your pizza recipe 1/2 a year or so ago. I forgot you have them on the site. I will check it out. Jalapeno anything sounds good to me. Matt Re: Quinoa Quinoa is wonderful. I have received some great quinoa recipes from friends - my favourite is jalapeno quinoa, and I have posted it to my blog.
