Guest guest Posted April 22, 2008 Report Share Posted April 22, 2008 Hi all, So I am getting the hang of being gluten free but find myself struggling still with finding good portable snack foods to eat on the go. I'm not a fan of most snack bars, like Lara Bars, b/c I find them too sweet and/or tangy for my taste. I don't want anything too sweet or sugary. I know I can snack on nuts, fruits and veggies, but I can only do that so often before it gets boring. Also, fruits and veggies often don't have enough calories for me and I don't want to lose any more weight so I am looking for something a little more substantial. I would like to find a good snack food or bar, or even drink, that I can throw in bag to have as a backup while I'm out. Any and all recommendations are welcome! Thanks in advance.
