Guest guest
All: I've been working on a CR Support Group " philosophy " . I received help from: Phil Graves, Joanne Nova and Sig. Here it is and if there are no other comments or additions, I'll add it to our file page for our use and a place to where new members can go to for guidance: Support List Philosophy and Resources 1. The information on this list is not gospel. You are urged to do your own research, reading, questioning etc. and come to your own conclusions. CR is an evolving science. 2. This list is flexible as to topics discussed, and is a friendly discussion type list. 3. Rudeness, personal attacks, vulgarity are discouraged on this list. Spammers are unwelcome and will be banned. 4. Location of valuable resources for members: Support list archives are located at the main page: http:// www./group/ . There are also extensive main list archives at: group/crsociety. Files are located at those sites as well. FAQ are located under the LInks section on the main society page. An excellent introduction to CR is the discussion put together by Phil Graves, on the main society page under Links and then Websites. Because many members adapt a CRON/ZONE approach to eating, another useful site is the zone website at: http://www.drsears.com/ People new to CR are encouraged to use these resources, and read Dr Walford's books (especially The 120 Year Diet) before embarking on a CR regimen. For the future, to make changes such as to daily digest or back to e-mails: go to the main page, click on Members, find your name and click on it; you will get a menu of options you chose when you subscribed; you then change to daily digest option and click " save changes " .
