Hello all,

I just wanted you all to know how much I have enjoyed reading your comments and

suggestions regarding CR. I have just begun (about a month ago) and have

noticed some interesting things happening to my body, mind, and soul. Some good

and some bad. It is an insiteful experience, to say the least. I'm glad that I

found this support group.

Hello all,

I love the interest that CR is having. The news articles are quite

interesting. You know, I am finding that keeping the calories down and

still filling full isn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. I make a

BIG BIG salad, and can eat BIG BIG portions of it and still have very very

few calories. I have also found that if I make a thick glass of herbal tea

(1 camomile tea bag and one peppermint tea bag) and a portion of stevia to

make it as sweet as I want it, It goes down, in my opinion, like a cup of

thick and tasty hot chocholate. Knocks the sugar carvings right outta

there.

Hope everyone is successful with their CR plans. I am greatful that I

found the pathway: I have some momentum going now with the diet plans and

dealing with the cravings, and I am seeing results. Couldn't ask for more.

Actually, I take that back. I want to and fully intend on retirement at

age 68, and then going back to school and seeking a PHD in Physics with an

emphasis in magnetical theory. (Fits nicely with my undergrad work) To do

that, I need my brain and body to still be capable of hard work at 70 yrs

old. CR is going to do it for me.
