Hi, I was hoping that someone could help me out. I recently purchased a 1lb

bag of raw flaxseeds. I add them to my oatmeal in the morning. How should

I store them? How long do they keep? What else could I use them in? Hopefully

they keep awhile b/c I have such a large amount and use them sparingly.

Also I've read about aloe supplementation(liquid form) Has anyone tried it?

I'm thinking about it and would love some feedback before I begin. And

finally if anyone has some good splenda or other low-cal yet healthy dessert

recipes I'd love to try some. That's the hardest part for me(sweets) in

following the CRON lifestyle. Thanks in advance.
