: Can you tell me what you would recommend for fish oil and Vitamin E???

My son is taking 2 PRO EFA and a synthetic Vitamin E with mixed tocopherals.

Just once a day. I am scared to go too high? Should he be getting two

dosages of this? What vitamin e do you use.
