Guest guest
> What brand of castor oil do you use? I use one by Heritage Products. It does not say that you can use it internally, so I have not attempted it, although I have read several references to therapies using castor oil internally as well as externally. Guest guest
<< made him take a teasponful (amt.?) every 2 weeks. >> Thanks KJ. He wants me to take it on a daily basis. I don't mind the taste, just wondering how healthy this is. Christel
Guest guest
Hi Christel, I have heard many people talk about castor oil: 1. Supreme Court Justice Clarence said his grandparents (who raised him) made him take a teasponful (amt.?) every 2 weeks. He hated it, but never got a cold! NEVER!!! 2. My hairdresser uses it whenever she gets a cold, the cold goes away in 24 hours! She did warn me to be near the bathroom for the next 24 hours when you do it though!!! She also says it tastes terrible, but " cleans you out " . She chases it with juice immediately. 3. A friend at work told me that when he was growing up in the south, his mom gave him a teaspoonful (amt.?) of castor oil in a shotglass of whiskey (that is how bad that stuff tastes!!) and he NEVER got colds!!!! 4. When I was a young girl (I am now 31) I used to see the kids in the cartoons running from their mom when she wanted to give them castor oil. Now, I know this is fantasy, but from everyone I have ever heard talk about it, it tastes horrible, and writers just exaggerate real life, so I do believe it is a bad tasting product. You may want to chase it with juice or something else strong and yummy. I hope this helps. God bless you, KJ

Guest guest
I heard of one healer who used one on a child to correct the polarity of an organ (spleen, I believe) from negative to positive. Did it over night. This after his bioresonance machine failed to reverse the polarity. Could some list member describe how to make a castor oil pack, and how to apply it? Many thanks. Guest guest
I used cotten felt from a HFS and soaked it in castor oil. I put it on my skin with a layer of waxed paper and then put a heating pad on for 30 minutes. You reuse the felt and save it time to time in a zip lock bag. There are many things on my program which help your lymphatic system decongest and detoxify, but it includes diet plus all supplements which all work together. The high good fats I recommend are very important for detoxifying and cleansing the entire body, including the lymphatic system. Fats also get rid of heavy metals and are the best antioxidants for our bodies! But of course, no nutrients work alone, since they are all needed by our bodies and they work together. You can't fix your lymphatic system without giving your body all of the " proper nutrients " it needs so your body becomes capable of detoxifying and repairing itself; that also includes eliminating toxins and damaging foods. Things that also help the lymphatic system are: coffee enemas, dry skin brushing, Epsom salt baths, lymphatic massages, etc. But it is most important to start with diet and supplements. Gas and bloating are not caused by supplements on my program, however gas and bloating are very common symptoms most people get, which are called die-off/detoxifying symptoms, so they are unavoidable because of how the body heals itself. The best in health, Bee
